My Mission
My goal is to help middle-aged women – those who are struggling with their diet, energy and overall health – build resiliency and stay vibrant as they transition to their next chapter.
My Philosophy
I believe in a holistic and realistic approach to wellness.
HOLISTIC: I look at the mind, body and spirit as a whole, because it’s all connected. It’s more than what’s typically thought of when we think of “health” (physical health, lack of disease, fitness, etc.). It’s also about mental health and spiritual health. The focus isn’t just on food. I use a primary food concept to explore all of the factors that influence a client’s life, things that feed your soul.
REALISTIC: I focus on making small health deposits that will pay dividends over time. Practice being happy and loving yourself no matter where you are on your journey. It’s not about deprivation (i.e., no carbs). It’s about making little lifestyle changes that add up.
You also have to MOVE your body. Somehow. Someway. A little or a lot. Find movement you enjoy. No excuses.
